1. Scope of Work
Bane Build Construction agrees to perform the services agreed upon in a formal project proposal or quotation. The scope will include materials, labor, equipment, and project management necessary to complete the project as outlined.
2. Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline upon agreement. Delays due to weather, material availability, or changes requested by the client may affect the completion date.
3. Payment Terms
A detailed quote will be provided before work begins.
A deposit (usually 30–50%) is required to start the project.
Progress payments or milestone payments may apply.
Final payment is due upon completion.
Failure to make payments on time may result in work delays or termination of this agreement.
4. Change Orders
Any requested changes or additions outside the original scope will require a written Change Order, which may impact cost and timeline.
5. Warranties
All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of [12] months from project completion. Manufacturer warranties apply for installed materials where applicable.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide site access during working hours
Secure necessary permits (unless otherwise arranged)
Communicate decisions promptly to avoid delays
7. Insurance & Licensing
Bane Build Construction is fully licensed and insured to operate in the UAE. Proof of documentation can be provided upon request.
8. Liability Limitations
The Contractor is not liable for:
Pre-existing structural issues
Delays caused by third parties (e.g., suppliers)
Incidental or indirect damages resulting from delays or issues beyond our control
9. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees may apply for work already completed or materials ordered.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the UAE.
